By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

AH Brands reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

By using the Site, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

  • You may only use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You shall not use the Site to violate any local, national, or international laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • You shall not transmit or facilitate the sending of unsolicited promotional content, including spam, chain letters, or junk mail.
  • You shall not impersonate AH Brands, its employees, or any other entity.
  • You shall not engage in any conduct that disrupts or restricts other users from enjoying the Site.
  • You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

AH Brands reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these guidelines.

3. Age Restrictions

The Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. AH Brands reserves the right to terminate access for any user who does not comply with this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of AH Brands or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission from AH Brands.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AH Brands makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. To the fullest extent permissible by law, AH Brands disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AH Brands, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, even if AH Brands has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

All purchases on www.ahbrands.com are generally final. However, refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 1 day of receiving the item.
  • You provide proof of purchase and images of the defect.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Delivery & Return Fees:

  • A fee of 4 BD will be deducted for return shipping (2 BD for delivery and 2 BD for return service).
  • If a refund is approved and paid via credit card, the amount will be credited within 14 business days.
  • If paid via cash or BenefitPay, the refund will be processed via BenefitPay within 1 business day after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 1 day of receiving the item, provided that:

  • The item remains unworn, unpacked, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • You provide proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • A 2 BD return shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to an error by AH Brands.
  • If your exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

AH Brands reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

مرحبًا بكم في www.ahbrands.com (“الموقع”). يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”) بعناية قبل استخدام الموقع. عند الوصول إلى الموقع أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، فلا يحق لك استخدام الموقع.

١. حق تعديل الشروط

تحتفظ AH Brands بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. ستصبح أي تغييرات سارية فور نشرها على الموقع. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد أي تعديلات يعني قبولك للشروط المُعدلة. نوصي بمراجعة هذه الشروط بشكل دوري.

٢. إرشادات الاستخدام

باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالقواعد التالية:

  • يُسمح باستخدام الموقع للأغراض القانونية فقط ووفقًا لهذه الشروط.
  • يُمنع استخدام الموقع لانتهاك أي قوانين محلية أو وطنية أو دولية في مملكة البحرين.
  • يُمنع إرسال أو تسهيل إرسال المحتوى الترويجي غير المرغوب فيه، بما في ذلك البريد العشوائي، أو الرسائل المتسلسلة، أو الرسائل المزعجة.
  • يُمنع انتحال شخصية AH Brands أو موظفيها أو أي جهة أخرى.
  • يُمنع القيام بأي سلوك يعيق استخدام الآخرين للموقع أو يضر بسمعة AH Brands أو يعرضها للمسؤولية.
  • يُمنع محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي جزء من الموقع.

تحتفظ AH Brands بالحق في تقييد أو إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم ينتهك هذه القواعد.

٣. القيود العمرية

الموقع مخصص للأفراد الذين تبلغ أعمارهم ١٨ عامًا فأكثر. إذا كنت أقل من ١٨ عامًا، فيجب عليك استخدام الموقع تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني الذي يوافق على هذه الشروط. تحتفظ AH Brands بالحق في إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم لا يمتثل لهذا الشرط.

٤. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات على الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات ومقاطع الفيديو والتصميمات، هي ملك لشركة AH Brands أو الجهات المرخِصة لها، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية وحقوق الملكية الفكرية. يحظر استخدام أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أي محتوى بدون إذن خطي من AH Brands.

٥. القانون المعمول به والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وأي نزاعات تنشأ عنها أو تتعلق بها تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم البحرين.

٦. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات

يتم تقديم الموقع ومحتوياته “كما هي” و”كما هو متاح”. لا تقدم AH Brands أي ضمانات، صريحة أو ضمنية، بشأن دقة أو اكتمال أو موثوقية المحتوى. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تُخلي AH Brands مسؤوليتها عن أي ضمانات ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك.

٧. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل AH Brands أو الشركات التابعة لها أو موظفوها أو وكلاؤها أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو تأديبية تنشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، حتى لو تم إبلاغ AH Brands بإمكانية حدوث مثل هذه الأضرار.

٨. سياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال

الاسترداد

جميع المشتريات على www.ahbrands.com نهائية، ولا يتم تقديم استردادات إلا في الحالات التالية:

  • استلام منتج معيب أو غير صحيح.
  • إخطارنا بالمشكلة خلال يوم واحد من استلام المنتج.
  • تقديم إثبات الشراء وصور توضح العيب.
  • إعادة المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم وغير متضرر، مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة.

رسوم التوصيل والإرجاع:

  • سيتم خصم ٤ دينار بحريني مقابل خدمة الشحن والإرجاع (٢ دينار بحريني للتوصيل و٢ دينار بحريني للإرجاع).
  • إذا تمت الموافقة على استرداد الأموال وكان الدفع قد تم عبر بطاقة الائتمان، فسيتم رد المبلغ إلى البطاقة الأصلية خلال ١٤ يوم عمل.
  • إذا كان الدفع نقدًا أو عبر BenefitPay، فسيتم رد المبلغ من خلال BenefitPay خلال يوم عمل واحد بعد استلام المنتج.

الاستبدال

يمكنك طلب استبدال المنتج خلال يوم واحد من استلامه، بشرط أن يكون:

  • غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح.
  • في حالته الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة.
  • مع تقديم إثبات الشراء.

رسوم الشحن للاستبدال:

  • رسوم إعادة المنتج للاستبدال هي ٢ دينار بحريني، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من AH Brands.
  • إذا تمت الموافقة على الاستبدال، سيتم إرسال المنتج البديل دون رسوم إضافية.

تحتفظ AH Brands بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرداد أو استبدال لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

٩. سياسة الخصوصية

نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك. يُرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا لمعرفة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية بياناتك الشخصية. باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك توافق على ممارسات البيانات الخاصة بنا كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
